jeeeta Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain an account with jeeeta, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law, and you alone are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws governing online gaming in your location.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any such person employed by jeeeta or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or game studios.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by jeeeta for violation of these Terms.

By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. jeeeta reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered account on the jeeeta platform. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through the use of third-party personal details, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your username and password confidential and not share them with any third party. jeeeta will never ask you to disclose your password by email, phone, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify jeeeta immediately at [email protected].

jeeeta reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity is occurring, or that account security has been compromised.

All monetary transactions on the jeeeta platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. jeeeta reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times: Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Platform fees: jeeeta does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which jeeeta accepts no responsibility.

jeeeta reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction. Deposits made with fraudulent payment instruments will be reversed and the associated account will be closed immediately. Any winnings derived from funds deposited via fraudulent means will be void and forfeited.

jeeeta may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day, and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the stated qualifying criteria at the time the offer is claimed.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• jeeeta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect players who have already satisfied all qualifying conditions.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, the use of third-party funds to meet wagering requirements, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent bonus conditions, is strictly prohibited.
• Where jeeeta determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, jeeeta reserves the right to void all related bonus funds and winnings and to permanently close the player's account.

All bets placed on jeeeta are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting market. General betting rules applicable across all products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jeeeta does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet, except where an obvious technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, jeeeta reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts.
• jeeeta uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all non-live casino and slot games. Live casino tables are operated by independent certified studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Results are final and not subject to dispute on grounds of perceived unfairness where the certified RNG or live studio feed has functioned correctly.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools or bots, or engage in collusion with other players is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted by jeeeta at any time without prior notice.

jeeeta is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligation to protect players from gambling-related harm. All registered players have access to the following tools through their account settings at no cost:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your jeeeta account.
• Session time reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and block re-registration for a defined exclusion period.

All content on the jeeeta platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the exclusive property of jeeeta or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or exploit any Content in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of jeeeta.

jeeeta collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as it applies to your use of the Platform.

jeeeta will not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by jeeeta to support the operation of the Platform, including payment processors and game studios, solely to the extent necessary for those services to be delivered.

All data transmissions between your device and the jeeeta platform are protected using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. You acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jeeeta cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeeeta, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of whether jeeeta has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jeeeta's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jeeeta account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeeeta does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free of errors or defects, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

You may request the closure of your jeeeta account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements or pending investigations will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory verification.

jeeeta reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• jeeeta has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activity in connection with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your continued use of the Platform poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to jeeeta.
• jeeeta is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jeeeta reserves the right to retain any balance in the account and to void any pending withdrawals.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Platform (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and jeeeta shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant territory.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact jeeeta in good faith at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. jeeeta will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeeeta with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties relating to the same subject matter.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. jeeeta's failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
